Wow, we got the chairs and they are GREAT! We received so many compliments on comfort and the color. We are going to be buying some more to add to our 2 that we already have. GREAT PRODUCT!

This is not the highest quality adirondack chair you can buy and you truly do get what you pay for. The wood is extremely soft (it may harden over time...not sure) so careful while tightening the bolts. I think you will have 2 seasons max out of this chair before having to replace it. Also, inspect boxes as soon as they are delivered. I had one which showed no exterior damage to the box, yet one of the wood slat of the chair back was cracked.

I purchased 2 this year, since last year they were always sold out. 3 years ago I purchased a loveseat and it's still in perfect shape. I love my red chairs- bright red - they sit in the sun all day by salt water.
The appearance is not hand made and heavy wood looking but has a coating that is slightly unnatural, but they wear incredibly well.
I've purchased hand made adirondacks two times before and they haven't held up as well as these.
